NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Posted by Momof6 on 8/2/2008

Friends took us to Inlet Harbor to eat. The atmosphere was great but the food is extremely overpriced and not worth the price. My youngest daughter had catfish (she said it tasted funny), my husband and oldest daughter had fried shrimp (they were good but there weren't many for the price), my middle child had pasta (she hated it) and I had crab cakes (I don't recommend them and I didn't eat them). We spent $130.00 on a meal that wasn't worth $50.00. We will not be back. The next night we went to Barnacles and the food was wonderful. We spent $60.00 and felt that it was worth every penny. I give it two stars just for the entertainment. Nothing for the food.

Great Food, Great Atmosphere (IF YOU EAT INSIDE)!

We have eaten at Inlet Harbor Grill for years, and they never disappoint us. The food is excellent and it's priced reasonably. The location is great, located right on the inter-coastal waterway, with great water views. Many people pull right up in their boats to go eat. During the weekends, they have great entertainment on their indoor/outdoor deck. Try their fried grouper/fish fingers or jumbo shrimp, they are the best! This place won't let you down! A QUICK ADDITION TO MY REVIEW: I dropped my star rating from 5 to 3. We ate at Inlet Harbor again this week, but we ate out on the deck to listen to music. We ordered the same food we ordered inside the restaurant (Grouper Fingers and Fried Shrimp). You would have thought we were at a different restaurant all together. The food was TERRIBLE. The Grouper fingers were smaller and over cooked and the shrimp were dry, salty and over cooked. The worst part is, that it was the same price as inside!!!! I complained to the manager, and he just apologized non-chalantly but did say that another customer had complained as well. We will never eat on the deck again. They use a different kitchen, with different cooks, and obviously don't know what they are doing. If you eat inside the restaurant it's good food and service.

I love this place

If you love seafood and a true Florida atmosphere, Inlet Harbor is where you should go. They have a wonderful menu with affordable prices. It's located in Ponce Inlet, which is a beautiful area so even the drive over there makes it worth a visit!

Our neighbors took us there. It was a very pleasant setting, the food was good and the staff courteous. We have been back a few times
